Martha Treto

Martha Treto has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Director of Human Resources - Farm Operations at Aurora Organic Dairy since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Boulder Brands from 2014 to 2017. Martha also held the position of HR Supervisor at Butterball LLC for 13 years, where they were responsible for aligning human resources activities with organizational objectives and implementing strategies and policies to contribute to the overall success of operations.

Martha Treto attended the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Martha then moved on to Colorado State University from 2010 to 2013 to obtain a degree in PHR. The field of study for their PHR degree is unknown.
