Haley Reding

Haley Reding is an experienced engineer currently working at Aurora Pharmaceutical LLC since August 2018. Prior to this role, Haley served as an R&D Pilot Plant Technician at Cargill from April 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included operating pilot equipment for product development and training new technicians. Haley began the career at POET as a Plant Engineering Intern in 2016, focusing on P&ID interpretation and designing a re-circulation system to enhance ethanol quality compliance. Earlier experience includes a summer position at Daikin Applied Americas in 2015, where Haley gained valuable insights into production and workplace safety. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, earned in 2016.
