Lydia Ombogo

Lydia Ombogo, MS-HRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Lydia currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Aurora Public Schools, following a role as Senior HR Employee Relations & Performance Consultant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the State of Colorado and as Employee Relations Program Manager for the Department of Revenue- Wisconsin Lottery. Earlier in career, Lydia worked as a Human Resources/Employee Relations Representative with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Lydia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Franklin University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
