Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Aurora Research Institute

Amir Zeb is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and teaching. Currently serving as an Instructor at Selkirk College since August 2019 and a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Aurora Research Institute since January 2018, Amir Zeb has previously held significant roles including Supervisor of Parcel Fabric Operations at British Columbia Land Title & Survey Authority, AM/GIS Technician at the City of Calgary, and GIS Technician for the City Government of Mississauga. Additional career highlights include serving as GIS Manager for a USAID-funded project in Afghanistan, establishing GIS Centers across six provinces, and extensive contributions in various GIS roles in the UAE and Nigeria. Amir Zeb holds a Master of Science in GIS from the University of Twente, completed between 2001 and 2002.
