William H Easter III

William H (Bill) Easter III is an experienced board member and leader in various industries, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Aurora Sustainable Lands and Emerson as Technology & Environmental Committee Chair. Past leadership includes a tenure on the Board of Directors at Delta Airlines, where Easter served as Audit Committee Chair, and at Aeromexico and Concho Resources, where responsibilities included serving as Compensation Committee Chair. Additional experience includes roles at Baker Hughes, Sunoco Refining & Marketing, and DCP Midstream, where Easter held the position of Chairman, President and CEO. William H Easter III holds a Master’s degree in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston.
