Nicole Perry Lcsw, Achp-Sw, Chpca

Nicole Perry, LCSW, ACHP-SW, CHPCA, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in various roles within the social work field. Currently, Nicole serves at NeuroClinic and Assessments, LLC since February 2021 and holds a position as an adjunct faculty instructor at George Williams College of Aurora University since 2018. Previous roles include regional director and social worker team manager at JourneyCare, and social worker at The Moorings of Arlington Heights, where services were provided in multiple levels of care. Nicole has also contributed as a freelance writer, creating educational materials for the CSU Institute for Palliative Care, and has held various internships, including experiences at William S. Middleton Veterans Hospital and South Madison Coalition of the Elderly.
