Arielle Chase is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on internal and external communications. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Manager at Aurora since September 2025, Arielle previously held the position of Senior Internal Communications Manager at Gusto from December 2023 to May 2025. Prior roles include Internal Communications Partner and Internal Communications Coordinator at Meta, as well as positions in operations communications at United Airlines. Arielle began her career in marketing and communications at SmithBucklin and engaged in editorial and business development roles at The Daily Northwestern. Additionally, Arielle gained experience as a Corporate Communications Intern at Leo Burnett and as a Public Relations Intern at Walker Sands Communications. Arielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, earned in 2017.
