Biloni Doshi

Biloni Doshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications and HR information systems. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Aurora since November 2021, Biloni has successfully defined and executed the application roadmap, enhancing collaboration and streamlining processes across the organization. Previously, as Sr. Manager of HRIS at Aurora, Biloni led the implementation of Workday, transitioning critical HR functions and integrations. Earlier roles include HRIS Manager at DocuSign and Sr. Project Manager at Merck, where significant cost savings and process improvements were achieved. Biloni holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University, a Master's in Management of Information Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from D J Sanghvi College of Engineering.
