Eileen Xu

Eileen Xu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal communications and executive support. Currently, Eileen serves as a Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Aurora, where responsibilities include managing communication for the Office of the CEO. Previous roles include a Staff Executive Assistant to the CEO at Aurora, as well as positions at barre3 as an Instructor and Front Desk Receptionist, and at Volvo Cars as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Consumer Digital. Eileen has also contributed to Talent Acquisition at Tesla as a Recruiting Coordinator and performed research analysis at UC Santa Barbara, identifying potential revenue-generating leads. In addition, Eileen has leadership experience as the Chief Financial Officer and Scholarship Director for Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters, and has managed logistics for entrepreneurial programs at Young Outliers. Eileen holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Global Studies and Biological Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.
