Jiang Zhu

Jiang Zhu is a software engineer with experience in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing for autonomous systems. Currently employed at Aurora since February 2023, Jiang holds the titles of Software Engineer II and Software Engineer I, focusing on establishing new hardware platforms, enhancing HIL automation infrastructure, and developing fault injection and response validation testing to ensure vehicle safety. Previously, Jiang interned at Zoox in mid-2022, where responsibilities included designing statistical inference tools for HIL performance regression testing and integrating these tools into existing frameworks. Jiang holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Columbia University, as well as bachelor's degrees in Computational Mathematics from UCLA and Mathematics from the University of California, Davis.
