Keyi Ren

Keyi Ren is a Perception Software Engineer at Aurora since July 2023, specializing in perception-tracking and state estimation. Previously, Keyi Ren worked as a Research Engineer II and Research Engineer I at TuSimple from June 2021 to July 2023. Keyi Ren gained early experience as a Graduate Student and Research Assistant at the University of California San Diego from September 2019 to June 2021, focusing on a few-entity image classification project with limited training data. Prior experience includes a Research Intern position at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences from July 2018 to August 2019, where work involved large-scale image retrieval and recognition using deep learning techniques. Keyi Ren holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
