Mark Marzona

Mark Marzona is a seasoned hardware reliability engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Staff Hardware Reliability Engineer at Aurora since January 2021, Mark previously held various positions at Uber Advanced Technologies Group, where responsibilities included leading automotive hardware qualification test plans for Linux-based autonomous vehicle compute modules. Mark's career highlights include developing automated testing scripts, managing qualification plans for in-house LiDAR modules, and conducting battery testing at Apple. Mark's foundational experience includes test engineering roles at Mission Motors and Space Propulsion Group, where significant contributions were made to powertrain components and rocket motor tests. Mark holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
