Sara Schneider

Sara Schneider is an experienced technical program manager specializing in autonomy and robotics. Currently serving as Director and Senior Staff Technical Program Manager for autonomy at Aurora since January 2022, Sara previously held various leadership roles at Smith & Nephew from January 2016 to December 2021, including Director of Program Management and Senior Manager, focusing on NPD programs within the Robotics franchise. Prior experience includes establishing program management governance at Blue Belt Technologies and leading engineering efforts for dialysis catheter products at Teleflex. Sara earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Lehigh University and has also completed studies at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
