Shelley Webb

Shelley Webb currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Aurora, where responsibilities include managing legal affairs and advising the management team and Board of Directors on various legal, regulatory, and strategic matters since February 2025. Prior experience includes roles at PagerDuty from April 2022 to February 2025, where Shelley held the positions of Chief Legal & People Officer and Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer, overseeing legal matters and corporate governance. Prior to PagerDuty, Shelley worked at Intel Corporation from January 2018 to April 2022, serving as Vice President and Group General Counsel for Intel's PC business and leading legal responses to significant security vulnerabilities. Early career experience includes an associate position at Williams & Connolly LLP, representing clients in various litigation matters. Shelley earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with High Distinction in Economics and Government from the University of Virginia.
