Susan Lam

Susan Lam is an accomplished professional in the field of cybersecurity and risk management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Security at Aurora since May 2025. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Bakkt from December 2021 to August 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Compliance at Fiserv from April 2019 to December 2021, and several leadership roles at Equifax between March 2012 and April 2019, including Vice President of Global Cybersecurity and Risk Management. Earlier in the career, Susan worked at IBM as a Senior Information Security Risk Management Consultant from February 2002 to March 2012. Educational achievements include executive education in Risk Management for Corporate Leaders from Harvard Business School and studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
