Tracy Carley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Staff TLM at Aurora since February 2021, Tracy leads two cross-functional teams focused on data optimization and self-driving log ingestion. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at Uber Advanced Technologies Group, where Tracy contributed to building the data pipeline infrastructure and migrating systems to AWS, as well as a Software Engineer II position in data infrastructure. Tracy's career began at IBM as a Staff Software Engineer and System Performance Engineer, following an internship as an Actuary at American Modern Insurance Group. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in MSIS and Data Analytics from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 2012 and 2013.
