Fernanda Beraldi

Fernanda Beraldi is currently serving as General Counsel, Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Aurorium since September 2023. In parallel, Fernanda holds a position as an Adjunct Professor for the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where Fernanda has been since January 2022. Previously, Fernanda was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Inotiv, and Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance at Cummins Inc., where responsibilities included leading global compliance initiatives and high-risk investigations. Fernanda's earlier roles include various positions within Cummins focused on international compliance, and significant legal counsel positions at Embraer and Honda, Teixeira, Araujo, Rocha Advogados. Fernanda holds multiple law degrees, including an LL.M. from Indiana University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
