Kristian Nicolai Bjarnason

Kristian Nicolai Bjarnason is a seasoned finance professional with experience in quantitative research and trading analysis across multiple financial sectors. Currently serving as a Quantitative Researcher at Auros since May 2024, Kristian previously held the position of Trading Analyst at XTX Markets, where responsibilities included optimizing and managing a global portfolio, conducting statistical analyses, and enhancing automation for risk monitoring. With entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & Director of Polar Blue Photography, Kristian has also contributed to quantitative research at Capital Four Management and served as a Finance & Economics Tutor at the University of Melbourne. Educational credentials include a Master in Finance from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, complemented by courses at prestigious institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Oxford.
