Lucy Pagel Mph

Lucy Pagel, MPH, is an accomplished professional in Medicaid policy and healthcare consulting with a strong background in health policy and management. Currently serving as Director and previously as Deputy Director of Medicaid Policy at Aurrera Health Group since February 2020, Lucy has extensive experience producing educational materials for Medi-Cal beneficiaries, conducting outreach, and analyzing community needs assessments. Prior roles include Senior Policy Consultant and Policy Consultant at Harbage Consulting, as well as involvement with the Young Professionals Board for Girls on the Run of Silicon Valley. Lucy's academic background includes a Master of Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from UC Berkeley, complemented by various internships and research positions in health care financing and public health.
