Deborah Weait

Deborah Weait is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and care leadership. Currently serving as a Care Leader at Aurrum since May 2016, Deborah also works as a Dementia Care Specialist and Registered Nurse at HammondCare since April 2014, in addition to being a Registered Nurse at Anglican Retirement Villages since December 2013. Previous roles include Health & Wellness Coordinator at Endeavour Energy from 2010 to 2013 and Occupational Health Nurse/Medical Case Manager at IBM from 2007 to 2010, where Deborah managed employee health portfolios. Early career experiences include various occupational health nursing positions at International SOS and Chandler Macleod Group, as well as a Registered Nurse role at Lane Cove Community Nursing Aid. Deborah holds a Diploma of Occupational Health & Safety from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Technology, Sydney.
