Holger Schramm

Holger Schramm has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Vice President Corporate Procurement at Aurubis since 2021. Previously, they worked at Inalfa Roof Systems Group as the Group Vice President Purchasing and Member of the Executive Board of Management from 2016 to 2021, where they were responsible for driving growth and profitability through global purchasing and supply chain management. Before that, Holger held positions at HELLA, including Executive Director Sales and Marketing China and Regional Director SE Asia Pacific. Holger also had a role at Porsche as a Senior Buyer, Electric & Electronics, achieving significant cost savings. Holger's career began at Bittner Werkzeugbau GmbH as Manager CNC & CAD.

Holger Schramm obtained their Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Science Bremen, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. From 2001 to 2002, they also pursued studies in Marketing and HR at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. Prior to their university education, Schramm completed a degree in Werkzeugmechaniker at Bittner Werkzeugbau GmbH, spanning from 1992 to 1996.
