Stephan Kruemmer

Stephan Kruemmer is an experienced professional with a robust background in finance and management. Currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Aurubis since 2018, Kruemmer has held several leadership positions in prominent companies. Previously, Kruemmer was the Chairman at Deloitte Corp. Finance from 2010 to 2016, and held the role of Managing Director and Head of Germany at 3i Deutschland GmbH from 2005 to 2009. Prior experiences include serving as Managing Director and Head of German Investment Banking at Rothschild GmbH from 1998 to 2004, and as Bereichsvorstand at Bertelsmann AG from 1987 to 1998. Early career experience includes a managerial role at Bain & Company from 1983 to 1987. Kruemmer earned a degree from the University of St.Gallen between 1976 and 1982.
