Iwona Sierzputowska

Iwona Sierzputowska currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Fundacja Hospicyjna since April 2024. Sierzputowska holds a position on the Supervisory Board and chairs the Audit Committee at Grupa NEUCA, beginning in November 2020. Previously, Sierzputowska was the Chief Financial Officer at Leroy Merlin from March 2011 to February 2024, where responsibilities included serving as a member of the Management Board and supervising finance controlling and accounting departments. Additional experience includes roles as a financial controller at Grupa NEUCA, finance manager at SMYK Group, and CFO at Aelia Polska and Go Sport, alongside starting a career as a financial auditor at Mazars in Poland. Sierzputowska holds a Master's degree in Economics and Law from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Uniwersytet SWPS, respectively, and completed postgraduate studies in Banking and Financial Markets at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
