Adrian Baron

Adrian Baron is an experienced professional specializing in risk management and commercial practices, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Head of Commercial and Risk at Ausenco since December 2020. Prior to this role, Adrian held the position of General Manager - Commercial at Downer from May 2018 to December 2020 and served as Group Commercial Manager - Operations and Executive Manager (Commercial, Legal, and Risk) at John Holland from December 2012 to May 2018. Adrian also has significant legal experience as a Partner at Allens, General Counsel at John Holland, and in various legal roles at Malleson Stephen Jacques and Deacons Graham & James between 1997 and 2012.
