Enio Rivera

Enio Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Enio began their career as a Lift Operator at Okemo Mountain Resort in 2008 before transitioning into various HR and Organizational Development roles. Enio worked as an Organizational Development Trainee at Belcorp from 2010 to 2011, followed by a position as an HR Andean Beverages Assistant at Pepsi Beverages Company from 2011 to 2012. Enio then joined Telefonica del Peru as a Development & Engagement Young Executive from 2012 to 2013. Enio continued their HR career at Farmacias Peruanas, first as an Organizational Development Assistant from 2013 to 2015 and later as an Organizational Development Analyst from 2015 to 2015. Enio then joined Quimica Suiza, where they served as an HR Business Partner for Pharma & Consumer Goods from 2015 to 2016 and as a Corporate Rewards Specialist & HR Business Partner for Consumer Goods from 2016 to 2018. Enio's next role was at Backus, where they worked as an HR Business Partner for Ate Brewery from 2018 to 2019 and as an Interim HR Business Partner for Supply PEC in 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they joined AB InBev as an HR Business Partner for Cusco Brewery. Most recently, Enio worked at QSI as a Talent Development & Culture Lead from 2020 to 2022. Enio is currently the Senior People & Performance Business Partner - Lead at Ausenco since 2022.

Enio Rivera holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rome Business School, which they obtained in 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima, graduating in 2012. In 2016, they completed an International Talent Management Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universidad ESAN. Additionally, Enio has obtained several certifications, including Human Resources as Business Partner - HRBP Bootcamp from The RBL Group in 2023, and Power BI - Advance from Levo Learning Center in 2021. Enio also holds certifications in Industrial Firefighter, Communicating, Managing, and Six Sigma - White Belt, obtained in various years prior to 2019.
