Jorge Meza

Jorge Meza has extensive work experience in project controls and management within the mining and engineering industry. Jorge has held various managerial positions in companies such as Ausenco, Hatch, Anglo American, Antofagasta Minerals, Amec Foster Wheeler, Teck Resources Limited, Minera Antucoya, AMEC, Newmont Corporation, and Bechtel Corporation.

Jorge'sroles have included overseeing project controls activities such as cost control, planning, scheduling, forecasting, estimating, and manhours tracking. Jorge has worked on a wide range of projects, including copper concentrators, lithium carbonate plants, molybdenum plants, leach SX-EW copper projects, and underground mines.

Jorge Meza has experience in handling projects located at high altitudes, such as 4300m and 4000m, and has been responsible for projects in various regions like Chile, Peru, and Colombia. Jorge has also supervised and trained teams of project controls professionals ranging from 60 to 80 people.
