Matthew McGowan

Matthew McGowan has extensive experience in corporate development and strategy. Matthew currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Ausenco, where they are responsible for driving enterprise strategy and overseeing acquisitions and capital raising activities. Prior to their role at Ausenco, they held positions at CH2M, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, and Macquarie Capital Advisors, where they were a Managing Director leading the coverage of the U.S. engineering, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Matthew also has experience as a Managing Director at Giuliani Capital Advisors and as a Partner in the Corporate Finance Group at Ernst & Young.

Matthew McGowan received their BA in Economics from Bucknell University, where they studied from 1979 to 1982. Matthew then pursued their MBA in Finance at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 1985 to 1986.
