Pat McMahon

Pat McMahon has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. In 2001, they served as the Financial Controller for Schindler Elevator Corporation in Ireland. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Colt Technology Services in various financial roles, including Financial Controller, Group Commercial Reporting Manager, and Finance Director for Colt Technology Services Ireland Limited. Pat then joined Amdipharm as the Finance Director from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Asia Pacific for Tunstall Healthcare and later served as the Interim Group Financial Controller for Digicel Pacific Limited. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Group Financial Controller for Discovery Metals Group. Pat then served as the Chief Financial Officer for Onterran Ltd until 2018. In 2018, they became the Finance Director for Group Control at Ausenco and also briefly acted as the Chief Financial Officer (Interim) for Tritium Group. In 2021, they joined the Ausenco Foundation as an Investment Committee Member.

Pat McMahon earned a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree from the University of Limerick in the years 1991-1995. Following this, from 1995-1998, Pat pursued Chartered Accountancy at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
