Randy Burgin

Randy Burgin, M.A., is an experienced leader in Indigenous Relations, currently serving as the Director of Indigenous Partnerships and Community Development at Ausenco. With over 15 years of expertise in managing multi-stakeholder projects that involve Indigenous communities, government partners, and industry, Randy has a proven track record of fostering trust-based relationships across Canada. Previously, Randy held various significant roles, including Manager of Indigenous Relations and Partnerships at the Canadian Coast Guard, where efforts focused on reconciliation and community engagement in maritime safety. Randy's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Leadership, complemented by a graduate certificate in Project Management.
