Deborah McCormick, MSM, PMP, SP

Deborah McCormick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deborah currently works at AUSGAR Technologies INC as a Navy Modernization Process Subject Matter Expert and Engineering Lead. Prior to that, they held the position of Project Manager at Perspecta, where they managed IT projects using PMI® PMBOK standards, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Deborah also worked as a Business Planner at Leidos, where they collaborated with the Navy government representatives on ship alteration and repair projects. Deborah has experience as a Program Analyst at CACI International Inc and as a Business Analyst at H2 Performance Consulting, providing project management support to clients and contributing to content development. Earlier in their career, Deborah served as a Production Planner/Scheduler at Huntington-Ingalls/Newport News Shipbuilding and as an Engineering Planner at L3 Technologies, where they developed plans and schedules for various programs. Deborah started their professional journey as an Engineering Assistant at Warner A. Broughman & Associates, working on water system projects. Deborah holds a Master of Science in Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Agile Practitioner (SP).

Deborah McCormick, MSM, PMP, SP has a diverse educational background. Deborah holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Sullivan University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Archeology-Classical Civilizations from the University of Kentucky. In addition, Deborah attended the University of Louisville where they studied to become a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, although the exact degree obtained is unknown.

Moreover, Deborah has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021.
