Helen Harms

Helen Harms currently serves as the Head of Infrastructure & Service Management at Ausgrid, overseeing technology operations, Cloud migration, and network services with a focus on integrating Operational Technology and Information Technology. Previous roles include General Manager of Cloud & Operations at Metcash, Head of Technology for Retail Brands at Woolworths Group, and Head of Technology and Digital at Property Council. Helen has extensive experience in leadership positions such as Head of Systems Development at HCF Australia and CIO & General Manager of IT at State Super Financial Services, as well as Head of IT Service Delivery at Westpac. Helen holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, an additional degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of South Australia.
