Martin Warren

Martin Warren is an experienced HR professional with a focus on remuneration and reward management. Currently serving as the Remuneration and Reward Manager at Ausgrid since December 2022, Martin previously held the position of Reward Partner at Canva for six months. Martin's extensive background includes roles at PwC Australia as Reward and Performance Manager and Senior Consultant within the People & Organisation - Reward division, and various positions at Telstra, including HR Delivery Partner and Sales Incentive Specialist. Earlier in the career, Martin worked at Burberry as HR Coordinator and HR Administrator, and at Fujitsu Australia Limited as Recruitment Consultant and HR Assistant. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
