Shannan Hargreaves is an accomplished senior manager with extensive experience in customer experience, operations, and strategic management across various industries. Currently, Shannan serves as the Senior Manager for Customer Experience & Insight and Partner Operations at Ausgrid, leading service management and strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Director of International Customer Operations at HealthStream, Managing Director at Urban Dev Co., and Group General Manager of Customer Experience & Operations at Flick Electric Co., where significant contributions included scaling operations and delivering award-winning service. Shannan also has a strong commitment to mentoring, having been a founding mentor for a program aimed at empowering young women in leadership roles, and holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Massey University and several certificates in leadership and strategy from prestigious institutions.
