Margaret Austin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and support roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Systems at AusIMM since June 2014, Margaret provides comprehensive helpdesk, project, and management support for IT infrastructure and applications. Previous experience includes positions at Beacon Lighting as an Application Support Officer, Team Leader for POS Systems, and IT Support Officer, where Margaret specialized in 24/7 support for numerous stores and IT projects. Additional roles at Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Brunner Consultants, and Kmart involved technical analysis, application support, and problem resolution. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from Victoria University and has developed extensive expertise in IT support and management throughout a diverse career.
