Dr. Judy Lovas is an experienced presenter and director at Art and Science of Relaxation since 2013, where presentations are tailored to enhance health and well-being through scientifically accredited techniques. Additionally, Judy has been a presenter and trainer at Nature Care College since 2015, focusing on Psychoneuroimmunology-based Relaxation Therapy for chronic conditions. Judy conducts evidence-based relaxation therapy classes at Osana Medical Centres since 2019 and serves as a lecturer at the Australian College of Physical Exercise, teaching introductory psychology. Judy also presents seminars for nurses and health professionals through Ausmed Education and has provided training seminars for psychologists and counselors with Professional Development People. Prior academic roles include lecturing and tutoring in psychology at Australian Catholic University and Australian College of Physical Education, as well as developing courses at TAFE NSW. Dr. Judy Lovas holds a PhD from the University of Sydney, a Master’s Degree in Research from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UNSW.
