Henk Botma

Henk Botma is a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Ausnutria since August 2021, with a strong background in process engineering and team leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Teamleader Process Engineering Polymerization & Recovery at Teijin Aramid, where leadership of the process engineering team encompassed HAZOP gatekeeping and RCA facilitation. Earlier roles included Process Engineer within the polymerization and recovery plants, an internship with CSIRO focusing on carbon capture, and a case study at AkzoNobel involving optimization of production processes. Henk's academic qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Groningen, complemented by various leadership and support roles during studies.
