Linsey Nijhuis-Pierik has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and consulting. Linsey started their career as a Junior HR Consultant at Arcadis in 2008 and worked there until 2011. Linsey then joined ASSET Rail as an HR Consultant from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Trainee at TwynstraGudde. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an HR Advisor at Universiteit Utrecht, and later transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner and HR Projectlead from 2014 to 2017. Linsey then joined ForFarmers, where they took on various roles including HR Business Partner Sales NL from 2017 to 2020, Group HR Business Partner from 2020 to 2021, and ultimately Group OD Manager from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are employed as the HR Director at Ausnutria, starting from 2023.
Linsey Nijhuis - Pierik completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Twente, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
