Frederic Besse

Frederic Besse has extensive experience in engineering management and leadership roles across multiple companies in the hydraulics industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Aussie Fluid Power since November 2022, Frederic previously founded and led Blue Hydraulics as Managing Director from January 2017 to October 2022. Prior roles include General Manager and Technical Manager at TME Hydraulics Ltd from October 2012 to December 2016, and Engineering Manager at COPHYMA, overseeing studies and new works from September 2007 to October 2012. Frederic began their career as a Project Engineer at GROUPE ADF and has a solid educational background with a Licence in Systèmes Industriels Automatisés et Maintenance from Université d'Auvergne and a Licence professionnelle in Maintenance industrielle from IUT GIM Aubieres.
