Jason Gonzalez

Jason Gonzalez is an experienced production manager currently with AuST Group, where responsibilities include developing the production team and optimizing resource applications to meet production goals. Prior roles include manufacturing supervisor at Stryker, overseeing operations in the Synchro Guide Wire department, and at Albany Engineered Composites, managing daily operations for high-profile aerospace projects. Jason has a strong background in lean manufacturing practices and program management, having held senior technician and lead positions at Exelis. A U.S. Army veteran with over 12 years in air defense operations, Jason also emphasizes leadership and training.
