Prior roles include manufacturing supervisor at Stryker, overseeing operations in the Synchro Guide Wire department, and at Albany Engineered Composites, managing daily operations for high-profile aerospace projects. Jason has a strong background in lean manufacturing practices and program management, having held senior technician and lead positions at Exelis. A U.S. Army veteran with over 12 years in air defense operations, Jason also emphasizes leadership and training. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
