Adam Overstreet

Adam Overstreet is currently the Vice President of Legal Affairs & Chief Compliance Officer at Austal USA. Prior to this, Adam worked as a Senior Counsel at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. and Counsel at Burr & Forman LLP. Adam has extensive experience in handling white collar defense, whistleblower litigation, government investigations, and prosecution of white collar cases. Adam also has a background in defense of complex civil litigation cases. Adam earned their Doctor of Law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law with Magna Cum Laude honors.
