Daniel Goergen is a seasoned professional in the shipbuilding and naval sectors, having served as a Program Manager for the LCS Program at Austal USA since January 2009. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as an Officer in the US Navy from October 1987 to December 2008, with additional responsibilities at the Navy Reserve Forces Command from 2007 to 2008. Prior to these roles, Daniel held the position of Implementation Manager at Newport News Shipbuilding from May 1998 to December 1999. Daniel's educational background includes a Master of Military Art and Science in History from the Command and General Staff College (2004-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Iowa (1982-1985). Currently, Daniel is retired as of January 2024.
