Ronald Ciaglia

Ronald Ciaglia is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Technology at AUSTAR Group since July 2020 and as the Director of Technology and Engineering at Euclid Service since December 2019, Ronald has demonstrated expertise in leading multi-discipline engineering teams and developing strategic missions to enhance service delivery. Prior to these roles, Ronald held the position of Director of Field Engineering at Fluid Air from 2000 to 2019, where significant contributions included the implementation of a 24-hour support system to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction. Ronald's career began at Fluid Air, Inc. as a Manager of Field Engineering and Field Engineer, developing systems for solid dosage processing and overseeing international installations. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Tri-State University, complemented by earlier studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
