Megan Kolano Psyd

Megan Kolano, PsyD, is a seasoned psychologist currently serving as a staff psychologist at Austen Riggs since July 2018 and a certified AKRI consultant since July 2019. Megan has also held the position of postdoctoral psychology fellow at the Austen Riggs Center since August 2014. Previous roles include president of the Center for the Study of Groups and Social Systems from July 2019 to July 2021, predoctoral psychology intern at Cornerstone Behavioral Health/MRSI from August 2013 to July 2014, and advanced psychology extern at Lakeview Center for Psychotherapy from July 2012 to June 2013. Additional experience includes a fellowship at the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis and roles in various clinical settings, providing psychotherapy and psychological assessments for diverse populations. Megan completed the PsyD in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School in 2014 and holds a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2007.
