Natasha Brito is the Founder and CEO of AUSTERE, an award-winning creative and marketing agency established in June 2019, specializing in building iconic digital brands across the tech, fashion, lifestyle, and music industries. Prior to AUSTERE, Natasha served as Creative Director at Sony Music Entertainment from January 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included crafting comprehensive brand identities and visual storytelling for artists across diverse genres. Natasha also founded Austere Magazine, where a youth culture brand was developed, and held key creative roles at Pizza Hut, overseeing digital engagement and content creation. Additional experience includes positions in art direction and creative roles at various agencies, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Advertisement and Art Direction and an Associate's degree in Business Management from the University of North Texas.
