Christopher Hamilton

Chair, Investment Committee at One Voice Central Texas

Christopher Hamilton is the current Chair of the Investment Committee at One Voice Central Texas. Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager at Seton Healthcare Family from February 2011 to November 2015. In this role, they provided leadership to staff across cancer survivorship and oncology research departments, including strategic planning, budgeting, and policy and procedure development. Christopher also created a cancer survivorship clinical program with patient navigation, which led to a 50% reduction in ER use among the patient population, and reduced utilization by 40% while improving contribution margin.

In addition to their work at Seton Healthcare Family, Christopher has also led educational and outreach efforts to providers in Central Texas regarding cancer survivorship, program services, and build relationships with physicians and referral processes. Christopher has also served as an IS liaison for oncology to ambulatory and oncology specific EMR implementation, and led the deployment of Rallyhood patient social engagement platform/app and trained staff on its use.

Most recently, Christopher has been providing leadership for Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (Medicaid 1115 Waiver) oncology navigation project with projected revenue of $4 million. In this role, they have been responsible for developing work plans and budgets, monitoring progress, and providing progress reports to leadership regarding the DSRIP project. Christopher has also been working on developing a social media presence for outreach and marketing to potential patients and donors, coordinating with marketing department on digital engagement strategy.

Christopher Hamilton has a Master's Degree in Public Health: Health Policy and Management from the Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Public Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Texas A&M University.
