Solange de Leon

Solange De Leon currently serves as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Project Destined since September 2023. Previously, De Leon held the position of Subgerente de la Division de Modelos de Riesgo Operacional at Banco Popular Dominicano from June 2019 to February 2022, focusing on monitoring operational risk exposure and analyzing the impact of identified operational loss events. Prior experience includes roles as a Market Analyst at the Centro de Exportación e Inversión de la República Dominicana, where statistical analyses of foreign trade and foreign direct investment were conducted, and as a Researcher at Macros Consulting RD, responsible for developing salary surveys and compensation reports. Additional experience includes a Programming Intern role assisting educational document preparation and teaching support at Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, where De Leon earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 2015 to 2018.
