Elizabeth Peña is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and community impact, currently serving as the Senior Director of Advancement at Austin Community Foundation since October 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing fundraising strategies and donor development. Previously, Elizabeth held multiple roles at Central Texas Food Bank, culminating as Director of Agency Services, leading a team and managing partnerships across a 21-county area while also directing annual fundraising efforts. Elizabeth's prior experiences include social work internships and community engagement initiatives, complemented by a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from St. Edward's University.
