Jimmy J. Powell

Jimmy J. Powell, P.E. has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Jimmy J. Powell, P.E. earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1986. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in General Studies from Ralls High School in Ralls, Texas in 1982. In 1991, they became a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
