Ben Patterson has extensive experience in event coordination and customer service within the sports and athletics sector. Currently serving as Events Coordinator for Austin FC since March 2021, Ben is the primary point of contact for private events at Q2 Stadium, overseeing all operational aspects. Previous roles include Event Services Teammate and Guest Services Teammate with the University of Texas at Austin's Men's & Women's Athletics, and a Ticket Sales & Service Representative. As a PACE Mentor at the University of Texas at Austin, Ben supported incoming freshmen in their transition to college life. Prior experience includes Head Lifeguard at Bent Tree Country Club, where responsibilities included safety management and event facilitation, as well as an Athletics Public Relations Intern at Southern Methodist University, providing support for various media projects. Ben holds a degree in Sport Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
