Eric Naessig

Script Reader at Austin Film Festival

Eric Naessig is an experienced freelance writer and screenwriting instructor currently working at Theorist Media and Princeton Adult School, respectively. In addition to writing media analysis content for popular YouTube channels, Eric provides lectures and workshops on screenwriting, guiding students through their writing processes. With a legal background, Eric serves as an associate attorney at LAVI & EBRAHIMIAN, LLP, drafting and negotiating agreements for clients. Additional roles include script reader and judge for various screenplay competitions, including the BlueCat Screenplay Competition and NYC Midnight, where Eric evaluates scripts across different genres.
